Victoria is curious about all things culture and the winning strategies behind the most successful businesses. She has proven success creating vibrant organizational cultures that bring out the best in individuals resulting in deeper human connections and measurable improvements to business results. Her leadership experience spans a variety of industries including Fortune 500 companies to the non-profit sector. ​

Victoria has a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, is a certified Executive Coach, a certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor, and a Board Member.​

Victoria has visited 20+ countries and loves a walk in a new city exploring cultures, especially through food and wine. She holds several wine certifications and was a wine grower and wine maker, winning a silver award on her first estate vintage.

Living in San Francisco for most of her life, a great day starts with CNBC;. She also enjoys hikes with her dog, Kiva, and hitting the mountain for some snow skiing in the winter. But most of all - spending time with family and friends!
